The journey to 2021 begins

Welcome to the 2021 edition of the Dragon’s Back Race®!

The Dragon’s Back Race® would like to extend a warm and fiery welcome to all those who have secured a place for the 2021 event. Entries sold out in 24 hours so congratulations are in order for all the lucky participants on the entry list.

Organisers are happy to see several familiar names, with many 2019 event team members choosing to return and use the event credit they earned while volunteering to participate in the 2021 event.

Lisa Watson, defending champion from the 2019 race, is also excited to be returning to experience the new developments for the 2021 race. She comments: “Adding a whole extra day of adventure to the Dragon's Back Race, taking in another stunning mountain range, and with a finish location as impressive as the start, it will be amazing - I can't wait!'“
