Following on from the successful world premiere at Kendal Mountain Festival in November, we are thrilled to announce the general release of Behind the Dragon - the behind the scenes film of the 2019 event. Whether you were a participant, an event volunteer or considering entering the event in the future, we hope that you are inspired and entertained by the many stories of adventure and camaraderie that made the 2019 Berghaus Dragon’s Back Race® so memorable for all involved.

Find out what it takes to bring this iconic race to life. From moving the 55x 8-man blue Berghaus tent village through rural Wales to feeding an army of hungry volunteers and tired runners, from dealing with issues out on the course to capturing all of the race action in words, photos and on film; it’s safe to say that there really was a lot going on for our dedicated, enthusiastic and skilled Event Team.
