Booking YHA accommodation

YHA Competitor Accommodation
YHA Conwy has been reserved for exclusive use by Berghaus Dragon's Back Race™ competitors (and marshals) ONLY on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st June 2015. It is only possible for competitors to book a dormitory bed rather than booking a room for exclusive use; this is so we can accommodate as many competitors as possible on these nights. We expect demand to be very high as pre-race registration, briefing and meal will all be held at the YHA on Sunday 21st. There are only 80 beds at YHA Conwy but there are plenty of other options (B&B's, Hotels etc in Conwy). Beds at YHA Conwy will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
 
The price for a dorm bed is £17.00 per person per night.

It is only possible to book accommodation on these nights if you have the special Berghaus Dragon's Back Race™ booking code. If competitors would like to book a dorm bed they will need to contact us to get the booking code. Once you have the booking code you will need to phone (01492 593571) or email ([email protected]) YHA Conwy to arrange your accommodation and payment. 

It is NOT possible to book online via the YHA webiste.
 
YHA Supper Club Meal - Sunday Night
YHA Conwy will be providing an 'eat-all-you-can' hot buffet meal on the Sunday night immediately after the race briefing. This will be £12 per person. All the of the race volunteer marshals will be attending and it'll be a great opportunity for everyone to meet informally before the race starts the following morning. The menu is still to be confirmed but there will be a choice of high calories meals. If you would like to join everyone at the meal you will also need to book this in advance with YHA Conwy.
