Registration venue

The adventure starts here! Participants must attend registration at Ysgol Porth Y Felin, Llanwrst Road, Conwy, LL32 8FZ

What to expect here?

Excitement and anticipation builds as participants and the event team finally meet. During registration you’ll get such items as your event map, race number, event t-shirt and GPS tracker. Later on, there will be the compulsory race briefing for all participants followed by a delicious welcome meal in the evening – a great chance to socialise with your fellow participants.

The start (day one)

After dropping off their dry bags, participants will gather inside Conwy Castle, Rose Hill St, Conwy LL32 8AY early on day one.

What to expect here?

The atmosphere builds ahead of the start; you will likely be treated to a mix of both sobering and uplifting pieces by the Maelgwn Male Voice Choir. It’s nearly time to set off on your journey down the spine of Wales!

The finish (day six)

The finish line is at Cardiff Castle, Castle St, Cardiff CF10 3RB. It’s time to celebrate in this spectacular venue and have your photo taken - well done!

What to expect here?

The finish line is destined for the iconic Norman keep inside the castle walls. Afterwards, the final evening will include a special celebratory meal with all participants and the event team, and the presentation of finishers’ trophies. There will be a small bar with selection of alcoholic drinks to buy.
